These characteristics can be useful for helping to build rapport, and to help motivate clients during their exercise journey. Everyone has a different starting point for their exercise journey, and I want to be the one to help them along the way.

Grilled salmon for me is one of my all time favorites, rice, and with any vegetable on the side.
