My Mission

My mission is to aid people through a "No BS" type of teaching. I am trying to help people achieve their goals as safely and efficiently as possible. My inspiration comes from me wanting to be able to protect the ones I love. In order to achieve this I have discovered that I need to be physically fit. I got into fitness during the time I played sports. Weightlifting helped me perform better on the field and made daily tasks easier.
