The free information on line is typically not targeted to the client's needs. The average client has to piece together a workout plan on their own. They look to a trainer like me to put the plan together. Often, people who train solo end up losing their motivation to push forward and reach their fitness/ nutrition goals. Given my training, and experience, I have an edge over other trainers who do not have my years of life and training experience. I target the workout for the individual.
My favorite gym workout is weight training, then HIIT. I love mountain biking & paddleboarding too.
Veggies, berries, oatmeal, quinoa, lean chicken, salmon, apples, oranges, cot cheese. greek yogurt.
