Having my degree in exercise physiology means that I've been working hard towards not only building a knowledge base in muscular training, but also in body rehabilitation techniques and injury avoidance. I bring this knowledge with me into my training to optimize fitness whether the individual is new to exercise or an injured off-season athlete.
