This includes mind, body, nutrition, lifestyle, and more. Using a personalized approach, and an emphasis on injury prevention I aim to meet the client where they are and show them where they can be, unlocking new potentials. It is very difficult to deeply understand the imbalances that occur in the human body without working with someone who understands your habits, lifestyle, and goals. I focus on accounting for these items as an integral part to our training together.
