Health and fitness are a continuous journey for me and has been throughout my sports and military career. My credentials include The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) personal trainer Certification, The United States Army Fury Warrior Athlete Master Fitness Trainer Course (FWAMTC) Certification, Graduation of both The United States Army Special Forces Qualification Course, and The United States Army Ranger School. I have trained a variety of athletes, warrior athletes and fitness enthusiast alike from children to teens and up to adults. I believe progressive overload while monitoring my clients satisfaction and outlook on their current goals will keep our trainer/client relationship aligned. My Training Techniques encompass, Flexibility and Injury Prevention Training, High Intensity Training, Interval Training and Cardiovascular focused Circuit Training, blood flow is key to feeling the pump My training style will feel like a realistic push with direct trainer feedback
