Knowledge is one of the most important things for us to posses. Having a formal education in personal training, applied behavior analysis, and education, I can teach clients about the current research and guidelines regarding nutrition and exercise, and how to make the necessary behavior change to meet and exceed these recommendations. Following a program from another trainer or from the internet may not actually teach the client anything, thus not leading to a life long healthy behavior change.
My go to workout is resistance training followed by outdoor cardiovascular training.
I love all types of single ingredient foods including meats, vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy, & nuts
Healthy food that I hate includes cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and kale.

I love animals and currently own a bunny (Mocha) and 2 guinea pigs (Cookie and PJ)
