I feel as though my purpose is to continue to work on myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. This not only includes strengthening every element of my body, but also making sure I am durable mobile, flexible, and resilient. I believe this also translate to how my mind and soul should be. While learning more about my body, mind and soul I think it’s important to share what I’m learning and assist others in the ways that I can. I truly enjoy learning more about the human body, mind and soul, as they are all intertwined and fitness gives me a great outlet to do so. I believe you must approach working out in relation to other aspects of life. Bodybuilding, strength and endurance training should correlate to how we should be living life. Mindfulness, intention, evolution, and willpower while training will not only maximize our gains, but will also enable us to reach our full potential, which is infinite!
