A client should train with me because I am empathetic & understanding, however I know what it takes to get results. I am 32, married and have 2 kids (not your typical gym bro trainer), so I focus on creating the most realistic and sustainable program to achieve attainable results. I’ve also trained a lot of different types of people from a 92 year old pilot, to an 18 year old getting ready for collegiate basketball. Not only do I know how to adjust my programming to the client’s goals and needs, but also my temperament and personal approach dependent on their personality.
