I feel that everyone should have a mentor or someone in their life to push them past their limits, and I feel that I can do that for my clients and build a strong relationship/friendship through training. I have the skills and expertise to ensure that each and everyone of my clients will come out on top.
My favorite workout is strength training on a 5-day split followed by cardio.
Some of the healthy food I love is lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
I’m not a big fan of avocados so you definitely will not see that on my list of things I eat.

I love hip-hop or pop music when I workout.
My physique can surprise people because I am short and not as toned, but I am very strong/athletic.
