As an athlete who competes in martial arts competitions, I have first hand experience training for strength and conditioning, speed and agility, injury prevention, and especially weight loss. Not only have I been successful in my own ventures, in regards to my physique and mma, but I have been successful with many of my clients in their own. Currently, I hold the highest retention rate of clients as well as the highest total clientele in my gym.
I enjoy resistance training as well as HIIT workouts.
My favorite food is chicken due to the high amount of lean protein it provides.
A healthy food I hate is beets. They provide many essential vitamins but taste horrible.
