I continue to learn everyday and apply my knowledge to my own self, not only am I always working on my own mind and body but I have the want. I’m easy to get along with and often find something in common with people I’m taking to, I’m reliable and always there.
My own Ideal workout would be an average (Gi) Jiu Jitsu practice or my go-to back workout!
My favorite food is a creamy mushroom risotto, although not the healthiest I can't help having it.
