My mission is to support clients in reaching their goals and feeling great about themselves. It does not matter what a person looks like as long as they feel good about themselves. My goal is to help you feel your best and your strongest. I played collegiate basketball until I endured a career ending injury and began battling chronic illness. It took me a while to bounce back into fitness, but when I did, I learned a lot about proper form and technique, as well as how to incorporate rehab and physical therapy into most of my workouts. This helped me lose 40 pounds when I was between ages 21-22, which still motivates me today. I hope to help you find your love of fitness and discover what you like most. Exercise does not have to look the same everyday and it certainly does not have to be boring. I promise :)
