Training and fitness is my lifestyle. So much so that my life and all of my day to day goals are revolved around progressively improving my physique and strengthening my mind. Jan 2019, I was a frail 21 year old that rarely ate food because it was something that I considered to be a chore. I was tired of being the smallest kid in the room, so I decided to make a change for the better. I went from 115lb to 180lbs lean over the span of 3 years with remarkable strength and muscle gains. My aspirations are gears towards competing professionally in the sport of bodybuilding one day, which ultimately led me down a new path of enhanced bodybuilding. We are now 200lbs lean at 5'9 with the discipline and dedication to continuously improve. I successfully received my personal training certification from ISSA, and ontop of the abundance of natural and enhanced fitness knowledge - I know exactly what it takes to transform a physique.
