

With my experience in yoga therapy, I teach exercises from your body's perspective, with precision in form, to help improve alignment and efficiency, aches and pains, and get a bigger bang for your time. I excel at working with pain management and making exercise attainable.
A full body weight work-out 3 x a week, focusing on form. I do yoga and walk daily, even if short.
My favorite is a sweet potato, brussel sprout hash with bone-in chicken breast, or baked tofu salad!
I limit salads as I suffer from IBS and raw foods with a lot of insoluble fiber cause discomfort.
