I have over 7 years of fitness experience, and have learned throughout this journey all the ups and downs through research, failure and retrial. All of this has allowed me to become the person that I am. I also possess my certifications with ISSA as a CPT, Nutritionists, and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Along with my education of a masters in Physical Therapy + bachelor degree in Health Sciences, I have the knowledge, and the experience when it comes to fitness, and putting the work in.
