I believe a client should train with me because I am going to push them to their best ability and make them work hard but I will also listen and accept feedback from my clients on what works for them and what doesn't. I want this journey to be personalized to the client while I'm there to help educate, motivate, and guide them every step of the way. I have an inviting personality to help each client feel comfortable and allow all of the focus to be on their fitness goals and journey!
My favorite go-to workouts are bench press, pull-ups, and lots of push-ups!
Grilled chicken, bananas and watermelon are my 3 favorite foods. I love fruit smoothies as well.
I hate salmon, sweet potatoes, and asparagus
