I have tried so many diets but one thing that me help is being consistent ! First I had to train my mind that I love exercising then not giving up when the scale has not move; I started to fall in love with lifting and it becomes a priority in my life! I used to be over 300 lb and now I am 190 and muscular! I love the confidence it gives me; also being able to be heard and seen!
