There are many reasons, the two most prominent, in my opinion, are the fact that I as a personal trainer will motivate you to reach your potential; I will also make sure that what you are doing is safe, sustainable, and will help you reach your goals. Huge fan of raw fruits and veggies. Will also opt for a smoothie.

Even though I don't look like it, I am quite agile & surprisingly flexible.
