I think anyone can find information online and get into the gym and start working out, but a trainer is needed when the client doesn't physically see those results, or when they have questions, or they lack the motivation to get up and get started. I am confident that with a good match I would help a client in all of these ways, answer their questions, hear their concerns, and motivate them to continue to reach their goals each and everyday!
