From my clinical experience in cardiac rehab to my experience working with D1 athletes and even an occasional NFL player I have seen a lot and I know what to look for in being able to pull the best of clients. It is very easy to get hurt if you aren't 100% sure of what you are doing. My job first is to do no harm and help prevent the client from doing harm they might not even Know about.
bodyweight exercises! There is a time and place for heavy lifting but that is not always assessable
I am a big fan of quinoa and chicken that is usually my go to dinner choice!

I have an extremely wide range I sometimes start with Rap/hip -hop but I might end up with jazz!!
