My Mission

At the end of the day, it's all about serving. I believe with my entire heart that’s what we’re on this earth to do. I got into the field because of the kick-ass trainer I had in high school. He had me believing I could do literally anything I put my mind to. What kept me in it? I almost died due to my health. I had an aggressive form of Crohn's that would have rendered me septic if my health was poor. It was my darkest time that included 7 surgeries in 2 years. In my darkest times, it taught me the value of a positive mindset and that we're greater than our current situation. We have one life to live and if our health is wealth, we need to make daily deposits to make sure we maximize our wealth. Whether if you need a laugh, an empathetic ear, to improve your relationship with food or a kick in the ass, I'm here for you. I've walked the walk and I would be honored to walk with you. I want you to be proud of who you are today and be excited about who you're going to be tomorrow.
