I have a good amount of life experience. I take that experience with me as I see clients and I know that, due to my diverse background, I can take a multi-faceted approach to deal with client needs. I am very empathetic and I listen to what my clients want. I address those needs but take into consideration that no two humans are alike and require different approaches in terms of motivation and varying fitness levels. My approach is to keep the client motivated and in line with short and long-term goals.
