Due to my job working with high risk athletes and personal experiences as an athlete and coach I know how to get the most out of people. I take into account their enjoyments, strengths and weaknesses while explaining the importance of doing what the program is. I also will adjust the program to match their needs, and goals.
Weight training. Specifically I use a Push-Pull-Legs Split, and enjoy Pull the most.
