I got into fitness because I love feeling strong and confident in my body. I've been through stages in my life where I felt weak, unattractive, and embarrassed. After conquering those stages, I worked to become strong, confident, and overall much happier with myself. I thrive off of helping my clients feel stronger, empowered to do things that they thought were out of their reach, and guide them towards a healthier lifestyle. My mission is to help clients love themselves, love their body and what it is capable of, and love the journey along the way to reaching their goals.

I have several years of experience truly listening to my clients and patients. I take what is important to them and turn it into motivation when they need it the most. I've found that I am able to push my clients while still maintaining their trust and respect as a trainer. Information online is great when put to use correctly, but so many people perform exercises wrong and end up hurt, without results, or with muscle imbalances from not having a thorough training regimen.
