As a late to life fitness enthusiast/runner, I believe an athlete, through my experiences in coming to fitness, may be able to see a little of themselves. I understand the challenges of getting started or staying active as an adult. At the end of the day, I believe in you!
I really love a short 3 mile run. It's great as a speed workout or slow, easy jog or recovery run.
