Just like in the Military I pay close attention to detail and will make sure the plan reflects their needs and gets them to their goals safely and effectively. I want my clients not only to reach their goals but sustain them for the rest of their life.
I believe that mastering 5 core lifts(shoulder,bench press,bent overrow,squat and deadlift) are key!
Any food that has whole ingredientss, but eggs and chicken are my go too!!
