I struggled with my mental health. I approached fitness after getting my first job in a gym. Bills were stacking up and I wanted an out. I used the free membership I had a started working out not really knowing what I was doing I got discouraged. I knew I liked it but I didn’t understand really what to do. So I then learned about it all which sparked my fitness career. I was 240 pounds give or give and now I’m at a managed 185-195 but the most important thing was I was healthy mind body and soul. I come from a life a trauma most wouldn’t want to deal with but I turned nothing into something and it’s all because fitness/gym settings help you forget it all and with results it opens your mind to more possibilities. Instilling the life changes and values every person needs to be great.

I build connections while keeping it professional. I genuinely want to change peoples hearts for the better. Once you breakdown those barriers life shows you a different perspective. You feel better mentally ,stronger physically, and in a better place. That’s my goal to get anyone to that better place to make them understand fitness isn’t a chore it’s a lifestyle change we all need.
