Tyler's mantra
The reason that a client should train with me rather than someone else is because I'm constantly going to be trying to help the person improve. I'm going to be reaching out when a session is coming up, and checking in on how their diet + sleep routines are going outside of exercise. Training is much more than just lifting weights and doing cardio, muscle growth is also made in the kitchen and when you're resting.
