Because I’ve truly been where they are. At 5’8 and 304 pounds I couldn’t even run 400 meters, now I’m running a marathon in December. They won’t be getting trained by someone who’s always been in shape. It will be someone that truly understands every step of their journey from a first person point of view.
I love running. My favorite workout of the week is the 10 mile run.
A lot of fruit and egg whites were a life saver for learning to get full on less calories.
