I have been training myself since the age of 12, that's 39 years! I have been in the industry since graduating college in 1992. I have seen, and probably tried, all the fads and have continued to educate myself on the latest workouts, as well as staying up to date on nutrition. I've trained myself through most stages of life, so I know the demands of different lifestyles and how to make health and fitness a priority in each stage. PLUS, my past clients tell me I'm a great encourager!!
My favorite go-to workout is strength training with some HIIT that ends with Yoga stretches
