If a client is a good fit for me then they will receive the full personal experience while developing a great client-trainer relationship. Using free information available online can be a good source; however, it will not be personalized to the client. Online information will just provide the client with the most basic workouts and they will not be specific towards them and their goals. Having a trainer to know the client and their goals on a personal level is much more effective than using online information.
My go to type workout type is definitely a strength or hypertrophy based workout.
I love chicken, eggs, salmon, steak, broccoli, green beans, and a simple protein smoothie.
I can not eat lettuce. I’m always told it taste like water but I would have to disagree with that.
