Communication skills that come along through prior jobs whether as a trainer, as a member of the USNG, or even farther back. I believe two of the biggest ways of becoming better are through learning and communicating. On top of that, I am very prideful of my work and will always put my one hundred percent into something that I find worth in doing. And despite a shorter history as a personal trainer, only starting as of last year, I have enjoyed working with everyone that I have worked with. Regardless of client or not. I love doing this.
I usually love back days the most. Usually do up to seven exercises and leaves me with a great pump.
Yogurts, milk, almond bars, and a meat lover for sure. But every so often love a good salad.
Not so many that I hate. More so, a a lot of foods I don't go out of my way to eat. Certain veggies.
