My training is different than other trainers’ in that I attack the client’s root problems using scientifically proven methods. While others may give a generic training schedule that could exacerbate problems like joint pain and back pain, I directly address those issues using a movement-focused approach that not only helps clients feel better, but helps them reach their fitness goals faster as well.
