My Mission
Training and the desire to be STRONG has been a part of my life since I was a small child. I can still remember doing push ups and sit ups in my living room when I was around 8 or 9 years old. I never really trained hard until I was 15 or 16 years old and I’ll thank my older brother for that. One day he was working out in our backyard and he looked over at me and said “Do you want to be weak and skinny your whole life?”. Well, that must have sparked something inside of me, because I’ve been lifting weights ever since that day. In 2014 I decided to make my passion my career, I became a certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Then, in March 2014 I started training my first group of clients in the local park. The training consisted of mainly bodyweight exercises and band work and they all got results. We trained with what we had and made it work. I soon realized that I could help people get in shape and live a healthier, happier life, while making it my career.

I can tell what a 43 year old women that's 40lbs overweight needs to do vs a 25 year old male that has an athletic background.
