I have 14 years in an incredibly broad athletic background to include all divisions of powerlifting, military fitness, Spartan Races, track and field, football, and strongman. I am willing to listen to the client and adjust fire based on their goals and feedback. Training is a two way partnership where the trainer has the map and compass, but ultimately the client decides where the destination should be.
Any heavy lift. Can't go wrong with a heavy single squat, bench, or deadlift!
