As someone who has been in the position of trying to find a program or a workout that fits what I am currently looking for, I know how difficult it can be. There are many great things for people to pull information from, but with that, there is lots of effort and time that goes into piecing that information together to get what you want from it. I believe that I can offer what the client needs based on them as an individual, rather than using information they find hoping it will work.
I prefer a fast paced lifting workout that keeps me moving and challenges me the whole session.
I'm very simple, I enjoy a nice and easy pan seared chicken breast with rice and roasted vegetables.
I do not enjoy eating fish, broccoli, avocado and asparagus.

I did martial arts with my family for ten years and earned my blackbelt along side them.
