Heavy Leg Day - Deadlift, split squats, leg curl, glute bridge, back extension ending with abs.
Favorite meal - Oven-baked salmon w/basil + lemon slices, herb-roasted potatoes, sauteed asparagus.
Celery - Can't stand it on its own. Even with peanut butter, it's a no go for me!
