I have a long history and am well-versed. I take each client personally as a helping hand and want to help achieve success. I have achieved a substantial weight loss of my own along with several health ailment, including Autoimmune, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue I can also relate to the struggle. By getting myself healthy I have been able to put my health conditions mostly to rest. So I understand the benefits not only of simple weight loss but the positive effects it can have medically.
strength training most days with a blend of light cardio 2-3x per week
I enjoy all foods and the ones that aren't so healthy I like finding alternative recipes or snacks.
