Coherently, someone should train with me as I have vast knowledge in the fitness from training clients or whether training myself to be elite in my field whether that may be powerlifting or calisthenics. Moreover, if it's just the simplistic goals of wanting to simply be healthier or lose weight I have the solution to that as well. Finally, I pride myself on being extremely consistent and dedicated to my craft which are key component not just in the fitness field but in life.
A go-to workout it would be a back workout which consists of machine use/bodyweight exercises.
Love almost fruits, nuts are great too, and currently working on integrating more vegetables.
