They should train with me because I am very passionate and knowledgeable about training. I have a ton of experience and I can relate to the grind of being on a fitness journey. I will not only hold them accountable, but I will also hold myself accountable to them. We are on this journey together!
My favorite way to train is Strength Training, while also mixing in HIIT training.
I love foods high in protein.(Chicken Breast, Ground Turkey, Steak, etc)
I hate foods or drinks high in sugar.(Juice, Soda, Candy, etc)

I have not missed a workout since my freshmen year in high school.
