When I work with my clients I hope that they appreciate my sincere intention to listen to their needs and that they feel like they are given a personal training plan for their unique situation. Everybody's body is different and it can be frustrating when watching a previously recorded video, to try to apply it to your needs. My goal is to work with their particular set of circumstances and help guide them in a way that works best for them, to achieve their goals and build a solid foundation!
My go-to workout would be a quick, 20-minute run, followed by strength training or yoga!
I LOVE a good salad packed with different greens, seeds, nuts, tons of veggies and a good protein!
I am not a fan of walnuts or cucumbers...just can't do it:)

My favorite workout music changes daily! Always upbeat, but can be Pink one day or AC/DC the next.
People may be surprised to know I used to do mud races...with my postpartum and yoga interests now:)
