When a client chooses to train with me it’s because they see the value I provide. Not just writing a great program, but educating, motivating, and keeping them accountable. I take my time with clients to make sure they’re having an enjoyable experience, but also on their way to reaching their goals and learning sustainable habits.
I love strength training and ending with some cardio drills to get sweaty!
Anything grilled! Grilled eggplant, bell peppers, onions, and chicken is my favorite summer meal.
