My Mission

My goal is to provide you with a path to your fitness and physique goals and make you love it. I strive to provide the passion I have to you, so it becomes more than a diet, more than a phase; it is a lifestyle. When I was getting into this world, I had no idea what to do, I was overweight and under ate myself so much my parents intervened and I was just skinny and weak. I then taught myself, trained myself, discovered what worked and gradually became who I am today. I'm the same weight as when I was obese but I look totally different and feel way more confident. My goal is to provide you with that person I wish I had back then. I hindered so much progress to myself by being ignorant. I was scared of eating, scared of lifting heavy. I'm here to tell you it is okay and necessary and we're going to do it the right way.

Why Train With Me

I have the knowledge from NASM and years of training on my own and helping friends/family in the gym. Also, with knowledge from my peers, I have picked up some things from being surrounded by bodybuilders and nutritionists in my workplace.

My go-to workout

My favorite workout is a classic Leg Day. Leg day is the most intimidating day. But we always win!

Healthy food I love

I absolutely love chicken. The best thing about chicken is you can do so much with it, have fun!

Healthy food I hate

Not a fan of salad, you stuff yourself and you're hungry again in 15 minutes. However its not bad.
