Typically free information online is very general and trying to find specific information that pertains to an individuals situation can be very challenging. Many individuals simply don’t know the right questions to ask when researching how to structure a program. Program design (especially for those who are already at a high level of fitness) can be complicated. I’m currently finishing a book on the topic to address the fact that there aren’t many modern resources on ways to structure a training program and how to use special equipment effectively (bands, chains, flywheels, etc.).
