I used physical fitness to help in healing myself mentally after being diagnosed with PTSD at 21 years old, stemming from years of abuse and trauma. The stronger I became physically, the more I healed mentally. I became a fitness professional because I knew, personally, how healing it is to become stronger and more confident in what your body can do for you, and I want to share that power with others.

I practice and teach balance while helping clients learn how to make health and wellness a foundation in their daily lives.
