I have the unique ability to work with and motivate a variety of people from teenagers to seniors that come from a wide range of fitness experience levels. I set specific, attainable goals with my clients and tailor their workout programs in order to meet those specific goals whether that be weight loss, sports performance, and/or injury prevention.
I love starting with a power and strength block followed up with a high intensity circuit session.

I honestly don’t hate any food - I even love sauerkraut, sardines, and oysters!
