I believe a client would benefit training with me as opposed to someone else or using free online information because I have become passionate about the health and fitness aspect of life and I want to share with others so that they are able to fall in love with the process and learn to make healthy lifestyle choices that are sustainable for life, rather than offering a quick fix approach.
My favorite types of workouts are typically full body. I like to mix strength training with HIIT.
I make all my own food at home, lots of fruits, veggies, and proteins. Portions are important.
