A client should train with me because of my extensive knowledge and background about the body. Physiotherapy school allowed me to take my passion of training and helped develop my skills in helping other people. From previous positive feedback I know that understanding the physiology and mechanics of training has significantly impacted my training ability.
My go-to workout is a resistance-based exercise program followed by some form of cardio for 30 mins!
I love making oatmeal with fruit and yogurt in the morning. Perfect way to start the day!

Most people are surprised that I went to school in Ireland and I've done a half Iron-Man!
