My Mission

My mission is to create a coach-client environment where successes, big and small, are celebrated. Having come to exercise (CrossFit/weightlifting) to improve my health, I feel that I am extremely empathetic to the fitness and health goals that individuals will bring to the table. I look forward to helping others reach goals!

As a coach, I always seek to find new ways to make the programming interesting for the athletes/clients. Having faced my own struggles with consistently working out, I will be a motivating factor to help clients to reach their goals! Although there is an abundance of training material online, having a coach/system that organizes and programs that information into an easy-to-follow process will be essential to the client's success; as well as having someone that will hold them accountable.
